Need help flashing old backup and going online?

Hi, i want to restore my sysnand to go online.
I have a switch v1 with trinket m0 chip and
i found old 2 backups.

Backup 1 files from 2018

I want to use the older backup (2018), but it seems that some files are missing.
The restore of BOOT0 and BOOT1 went fine.
The restore of rawnand told me that files are missing.
Partition restore started but the user partition is stuck at 0%.
I can reboot the switch and boot into sysnand(4.1.0).

Backup 2 was made for emunand, I think.
Version unknown.

Should I rebuild and flash the Nand?
Is there a way to check the sysnand?
What are the next steps?
Should I use a separate SD card to access the Nintendo Switch Online?
How can I update the sysnand?

There was this guide about some homebrew that could perfectly clean your nand :

Not sure if it still applies but it would be easier than restoring your nand because you seem to be missing file 05 and 06.

Before you try to restore your nand, make a dump of the current one, just to be safe when the attempts with the old backups might fail.

Is there a way to check the sysnand?

If Hekate says it's fine than usually it's fine.
You could make a dump of it and try to mount it with HacDiskMount on a PC.
If you can't open it or browse it, then something is wrong.

What are the next steps?

Decide if you really don't want an emummc.

That is not needed as Nintendo hasn''t banned anybody for what is on their SD card.
Only installing pirated games will get you a ban.

How can I update the sysnand?

If you have a clean Switch and it boots into the OFW, you can update from the eShop.
It will automatically tell you there is a firmware update when you try to enter it with an old version.

Sorry for my late response.
Thank you very much.
My emunand is still on the SD card, and I want to use it.
I don't know what firmware version my switch was on when I was online last time.
Are there other risk-free ways of updating?

Restoring an old backup will lead to a ban if you go online.

NO CLEAN PROCEDURE will avoid the ban, more over most of the clean process will for sure lead to a ban.

Or what do you mean by old backup?

The goal is to buy a Nintendo 64 controller, for which I need nintendo switch online.
