Homebrew my picofly switch says failed to open payload.bin HELP

after installing the modchip i went trough the prosses of getting the files onto the sd card and then I put it in my switch but it just says failed to open payload.bin HELP

Do you have a file on the root of your SD called payload.bin

You need to unzip that file. Not sure what else you might need because I'm unfamiliar with sxcore

Now you need to MOVE the payload.bin FILE outside of that FOLDER into the microSD Card's ROOT folder.

Also looks like you don't have anything CFW files or bootloader on there.

The guide I read said to put bootloader inside of the payload it was wrong thanks for the help
