Since updating to the latest atmosphere with new sigpatches, none of the games work anymore (have been using this switch for about 2 years)

I'm getting the "Turn off Airplane Mode" - then when Airplane Mode is off I get error code 2124: 0220 (Nintendo Account required) for any game.

Anyone have any solutions - is this a new thing?

I want to mod my new Oled Switch.
Should i chose Picofly or Hwfly?
And its fine to by it from AliExpress?
And i will remove wifi on it, to prevent a ban.
But can i so update my Switch or use the homebrew shops?
Because i dont wanna risk a ban and really doenst play online anyway

I'm having a hell of a time updating Pokemon Scarlet to 3.0.1. I've used different versions of the update that match my games id code, but every single one I try to install gives me an NCA error. Do I just uninstall the game entirely and then try to update to 3.0.1 or will that even make a difference.

What FW are you on?
What version of Atmosphere are you using?
What version of Hekate are you using?
Are you 100% positive your sigpatches up to date? And where did you dl them from?
Have you checked to see if there are any issues with the file by scanning it using NS File Viewer and NSC Builder?

Try using sys-patch instead. 12,000 downloads so far, and not one complaint of sys-patch not working.

You could try using sys-patch instead or along with sigpatches. Personally, I only use sys-patch. Got rid of sigpatches altogether. Also, which installer are you using?

I'm not sure you can ask for the source of the download, as it's similar to asking for a source of warez.

LOL! What? There are tons of posts here asking where to get the latest sigpatches and tons of replies with links to where to dl them here at gbatemp. I was asking because if they got them from some odd site that most likely can't be trusted, they could then be guided to dl them from here. If they say they already got the latest ones from the sigpatch thread here, then that eliminates one of the possible problems. Naturally it's against the rules to post links to sites with pirated content, but the user should be aware of the rules and be able to state where their sigpatches came from and still be within site guidelines. No different than people saying "The three cats site!!!".

I do agree with just getting rid of sigpatches and using sys-patch. That was to be in another reply after the info requested in my prior reply was given , depending on their answers. I believe I was the first, or one of the first few, to mention just altogether deleting sigpatches and removing the corresponding line from the hekate_ipl.ini.

Asking which installer they are using was also a good question. I did have that in mind but forgot amidst asking the other questions. :P

No worry, my friend. I'm just stupid for not reading your post correctly. I thought you were asking for the website where he got his nsp file. Of course, asking where he got his sigpatches is perfectly fine. But as we agree, nowadays, people should just use sys-patch and avoid all those problems.

Hello

I have a switch v1 with auto rcm. The battery doesnt last very long so i decided to buy a new one. I ordered a HAC-003 4310mAh model which they say is compatible with version 1 switch.

I opened and installed the batttery correct. When I open the switch it flash less than 1 sec in atmosphere logo or hekate when i choose this payload to boot - from tegra in pc and it goes black. When i connect the switch with the usb type c to my pc, it says there is a problem with the usb devise, not working properly.

I tried letting it charge from pc without auto rcm for 2 hours and nothing changes. They sent me another one battery and i have the same issue.

When i attach the old battery the switch plays fine for hours docked or portable.

Do you know why it is happening or if by ordering a HAC battery if there is something else to check for compatibility.

Thank you in advance.

Did you update your Atmosphere as well?

Do not use HATS. Its been notorious to cause issues since its a pre-configured pack. Download the unmodified version of Atmosphere from the official GitHub page and use that instead. You will also need an unmodified version of Hekate which you can find here.
I did not update atmosphere. I just used what was on the the HATS pack. Should I update to the last 18.1 before proceeding?
Is this the files for atmosphere that go on the root?

At least you were close. This is what you need:

and this:

These are zip files that you'll extract to the root of your SD card.

Hint: reading the guide that @Hayato213 linked above would help you understand what you need to do.

My kids (and me) appreciate the support. Im gonna give it a go later tonight.

Just tried injecting the payload with the updated atmosphere and HEKATE files/folders, but I am getting the red boot.dat?

Did I add them correctly?

Newest FW, newest Atmosphere and Hekate. Updated all of them recently. I got my sigpatches from the site that hosts them, but they are up to date. I had scanned them before and they were fine, but I can try again.

The root contents seem to be ok. What is the payload you're injecting, and what are you using to inject it? Or are you using a modchip? Considering you're using a Mac, try to set the archive bit in Hekate (Tools > Arch Bit (bottom right)).

Edit: Re-reading your post, I think I can assume you're using a modchip (red boot.dat is the hint). I don't have a modchip myself, but reading this page of the guide, in that case, you would just rename your hekate_ctcaer_6.2.1.bin to payload.bin. That should let you boot to hekate. As for the payload to install in the /bootloader/payloads/ folder, I would just put plain old fusee.bin. You can get it from the Atmosphere zip file you downloaded earlier. It's in the Atmosphere folder, and it's called reboot_payload.bin. Copy that file to the /bootloader/payloads/ folder and rename it fusee.bin. Then when you launch Hekate, you can then launch fusee.bin (atmosphere CFW in fact). Don't forget to also install sys-patch.

I've seen many people say they were up to date, when they weren't. Be sure to double check:

https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/releases
and
https://github.com/CTCaer/hekate/releases

Then trying the sigpatches from here:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/sigpatc...-fusee-package3.571543/page-177#post-10438165

If that doesn't work, then the last thing I can suggest is sys-patch from here:

I am about too lose my mind. 8+ hrs now trying, even with a fresh install and rehack. I can dump the games fine and even used the hecate sigpatches here. I am still getting "insert the game card". Please before I throw this switch against the wall, what could I possibly be missing here?
