The (non associated) mig dump blog disappeared over night, they had been adding titles daily and POOF just like that it's gone

Nintendo must see these devices as genuine threat. I think Unlocked were a bit smarter in their approach from legal POV but I'd also drop any "Switch" descriptions from their product going forward...
Would be great if Ninty are unable to find a way to detect these devices. Think it might have been better to launch MIG and Unlock closer to launch date of Switch 2...

I responded them in that tweet and several times prior offering to write up their documentation and whatever they need but I was ignored

I just don’t get why they need attention though. Selling a backup solution for $35 should be all they need to do to get everyone talking about them.

Wololo.net has been pretty damning of both Mig and Unlock. Respect to gbatemp for holding back with a "wait and see" approach. Why give coverage to an unknown product that doesn't deliver? Would reflect badly on those who endorsed it from the start....

Idk honestly that’s a bit before my time. I was still in middle school when I learned to mod my Wii just to watch DVDs and download Mario galaxy I don’t even remember what guides I used. Just that it was multiple lol

He covered a few of my mods back when the vita got modded and that’s when I really started to follow his decent into madness

When he deemed my mod converter for binding of Isaac useless I wrote him off admittedly
