Ok so... I got a used hacked 3ds and it works fine!
But... when I access download & play and try to download a DS game... it starts a Japanese version of flipnote :,0
It only happens for the Download DS mode
Could someone help me? :c

SOLUTION
Listen, that right there is the solution to this problem
The previous owner didn't clean the mess left behind after the installation of Luma CFW
Download TWLFix-CFW.

and do this (these are steps from the TWLFix-CFW github page btw):
  1. copy TWLFix-CFW.3dsx to SD:/3ds/
  2. open homebrew launcher
  3. run TWLFix-CFW
  4. follow the on screen prompts.
    • once complete, the app should reboot the 3ds.
  5. go to settings -> other settings -> system update

(we both speak Spanish lmao)
I did what you say, but.... my 3ds can't update :c
the title says everything "can't update, system will reboot now" and yea 3ds reboots normally

I deleted all the unused tickets via FBI and updated to latest luma version (v13.1.2)
I also tried launching DS Download Play- Flipnote doesn't run anymore, BUT 3ds crashes after that

AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED:

Unable to mount CTRNAND or load the CTRNAND FIRM
Please use an external one

Let's step back for a moment, using FBI to delete the unused tickets might have been overkill, the goal of TWLFix-CFW is to "Uninstall the stock TWL apps, to allow system to reinstall them from CDN" in other words, you just launch "TWLFix-CFW.3dsx" and update the 3DS so the DS side of things could be fixed, a common ocurrence is that the system would say "can't update, system will reboot now" in that case go back to settings and try to update again until it does so.

Don't get ahead of yourself and be cautious I also strongly recommend to do a NAND Backup, before tinkering anymore with the 3DS

Update - fixed

It updated now it works!
It didn't updated because Pretendo (Nimbus) was preventing 3ds to update
LMAO

Still thanks!
