Selling a hacked Switch is one thing, but selling a hacked Switch loaded with roms is just fucked. I see those all over eBay.

Just like with Pokemon: Gotta get 'em all. Go get them Ninty!

I hope all those flashcards get destroyed for good. They create a very damaging environment for people that buy their games second hand.

And not just that, MigSwitch pseudo-sellers have been stealing from buyers by not sending them the units they've already paid for, alleging out of stock crap and selling something they don't have at hand (no, I'm not talking about pre-orders).

You brought up an interesting point. What you say is true, many orders still remain unfulfilled and will likely never be fulfilled, many even since January. That's why it's kind of ironic that MIG made the following claim at their new website:

"We are operating as usual. We are shipping our products. All orders are being fulfilled and nothing has changed beside the domain name"

Even putting the whole legal mess aside, they already have a poor record of delivering the goods through their "official" sellers. And even those that were delivered had a variety of issues - some came in disassembled form, some missing screws/stickers, some even damaged, some had underpaid postage requiring COD. What confidence is there of them delivering the V2 to buyers?

Same goes for the unlocked switch clone that is supposedly going on sale soon. Which seller in the US/Canada is willing to touch what is essentially a live grenade at this point? And how would they fair better in terms of logistics than the MIG?
