Any chance someone could create a Chocobo GP Save Editor, to unlock certain characters?

How can I inject the BCAT?
I know how to do with normal save file. I prefer to use Checkpoint since JKSV seems not working anymore but I know how to extract file because I already did with previous chocobo save file.
What to do with BCAT instead? thanks!

Maybe I understood! With JKSV is easier. I downloaded last version and let's cross the fingers!

Hey, I tried JKSV:
first I created 2 backups: 1 normal and 1 BCAT
Then I overwrote these with your files, following the correct folders.
So I restored the backups and now I have all unlocked, also some outfit I didn't have in the past BUT I don't see the last 2 characters in the list, but also I don't see the "?" that I saw instead before.
What's happened? can somebody help me? maybe some files are wrong? thanks!

I tried again, same issue!
It's like i have all unlocked, even the wallpapers of black chocobo and the black witch but not their characters and there isn't the "?" but it's like no additional characters need to unlock... can somebody explain this please?

I have 1,4,1 update

They are skins for existing characters, not a separate character.

Here's a save with everything unlocked along with the bcat update needed to be injected alongside the save using Jksv

Not sure what everyone is on about. This worked perfectly and unlocked everything.

Only Ryujinx supports bcat files if you go the emulator route.

It means that I need to copy the two folder (all unlocked and Bcat folders) and the save folder of the emulator or there is something else to do?

Hello, has anyone successfully used this BCAT data to unlock Croma and Volg in Ryujinx and then transferred the save to Yuzu keeping them? I lose those two every time.

Only Ryujinx supports bcat files if you go the emulator route.

No, Volg and Chroma are characters like the Cloud, Squall and the others, they should be unlocked completing the 5th season.
However, I couldn't be able to unlock them using this file. I'm using an hacked switch and I did the steps as I mentioned but these characters are not showing and I can't see the ? when you have to unlock characters, like they don't exist.
Can somebody help please?

No they're not. See this video - skip to 7:50. They're 2 clearly different characters



Have the same issue with others upon applying the BCAT injection. The question mark for the last 2 characters were gone, but they're not in the list anymore

That's no longer needed. Update game to latest version and unlock away.

False, as at least one item (crystal skates) is event only and impossible to obtain

Last update is really old 1.4.1 and it doesn't unlock any premium charactes.
Thanks to the save posted here we could unlock at least characters from season 1 to 4 but they miss season 5: Volg and Chroma

Help is not needed. Just update the game to the latest version and you can just unlock all characters ingame.

I'm sorry but I don't understand how we can... as I told you the last update should be 1.4.1 and it's old, without any premium characters. Can you please give me more information about the version you are talking about and where we can download it? Thanks!

For future 'savefile for emulator' seeker, The savefile by sixthbubble07 does unlocked all including Volg and chroma.
The important thing is the 'bcat' folder.
I use sudachi and ryujinx.
When I used sudachi, Volg and chroma appeared as .
But when I used ryujinx(which can load/read the bcat folder), both volg and chroma are playable.

P.s. I used ROM version 1.4.1

It's years that I'm working on it, I follow all those steps but, simply there aren't any ? in the character list, like everything is unlocked. The only problem is that Volg and Chroma aren't appearing at all. Basically it's like I've unlocked all the list but without them, no playable but even no ?

Hi, i'm really really sorry for necroposting here, but since I formatted my SD card I cannot restore BCAT to unlock Volg Chroma, the crystal and metalic colors for vehicles, last time it worked the "mythril" icon vanish from main menu, do not know why It's not working it anymore, any help?
