I have a blanked out serial and dns mitm is enabled, at least I think it is since there's an "emummc.txt" file in the atmosphere/hosts folder. Still, the Switch will still crash 10s after connecting to wifi.

For now to keep it from crashing I'm keeping airplane mode on, but I wanted to know if I could disable the serial blanking without risking a ban by only using dns mitm.

You don't have it setup correctly if it crash

Tainted unless you have a NAND backup before doing anything.
Question on this, how soon would sysMMC become tainted? If I boot into CFW sysMMC does that immediately make it more risky to do things like buy games from the eShop? I still have an interest in paying for indie games.

If you installed NSP/homebrew forwarder then it is tainted

I was forced to restart a hacked switch and haven't got a jig handy. Any possible workaround to get back into hacked mode?

Hello, as you can see, I'm new to this forum.I came here looking for cheats for Pokemon on my recently modded Switch Lite. I wanted to have codes/cheats that allow me to encounter either shiny or rare Pokemon, and I found those codes in your forum. However, I don't know how to use them. I know I have to connect my SD card, but I couldn't find a tutorial on where to put them. Also, being new to this is confusing, as I don't know which thing goes where. The codes mention first and second paths, and I'm unsure if they should be in the same text file or different ones. I'm just lost here. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to use this?

I have 2 problems

here my story:
Hi i tried formatting my sd card but i use the nintendo switch
because the basic on pc (just using right click) there is no format for fat32 only ntfs
it only took 1 sec and it did not work, files are wipe and still on exfat

i use third party "easeus" but the longer format is not working
so i use quick format and so now its fat 32

i just so some thread here just copy paste all the files and were good so back it up

now heres the problem
1) i did not know about the partion emmucc so i dont know if i have that and i just simply format it so technically i dont know if i have that or what purpose of that

2) my SD card is nintendo brand 400 gig but after i formatted it it became 240gig, it might be fake or legit im not 100% sure because i bought my NS packaged of v2, jailbreak already with 400 gig nintendo sd card

now is there a way to check if its fake or legit?
is there some case that from exfat to fat32 it became smaller?

(as far as i know, sd card fake is hacked by there memory not capacity, example so their capacity is 64 gig but it shows 128 gig, what will happen is you cannot copy more files more than 64gig and you can format it several times but still it will show 128 gig) this is not my case, when im on exfat, i can copy up to 300+ gig files while leaving some extra for installation space because its either NSP or NSZ files

please help me out, i dont know what to do or whats happening

Now that you have formatted it anyway, you can test it with H2testw.

That shouldn't happen. My guess is that it could have a hidden partition or something. Or it could be a wrong-sized card.

i test the capacity and its only 240 gig

now is there a way to check that "hidden" partition?

i know but perhaps if the codes are working for him
i wanted to know why i get crashes on my switch when i press "c" in edizon

my question was not about the codes, it was about something else

I usually use Windows' diskpart utility (make sure you know what you're doing because you might end up deleting something you don't want), but as @Hayato213 mentioned, Minitool partition wizard should do the trick as well.

Even Windows built in disk management will show you all of the partitions. Just delete all partitions on the sdcard with whatever tool you'd like, then reformat as fat32.

see my image using hekate, someone told me that i can check
am i doing it right?

is it original?
it says model "SN256" -

is it really just 256 gig?
"nintendo x sandisk" is it original?

Any way to change wifi region code on mariko switch? On V1's there's an option in incognito on tinfoil, but tinfoil doesn't show the incognito tab on mariko switches because incognito is incompatible with them

why the stardew valler is asking me

"a software update is required.
Update data will be downloaded"

my switch is;
current version: 16.1.0 | AMS 1.5.5|S

am i missing something?

That's weird. As far as I can check, Stardew Valley with its latest update requires firmware 12.0.3.
I guess it could be that you have a pending update downloaded and you need to remove it by going into the maintenance mode.

Do the following:
  1. Make sure that your Internet connection is disabled if you're connected right now and remove any saved connections as well.
  2. Turn off your console (when in home menu, hold the power button for a few seconds and select power off).
  3. Hold volume + and volume - at the same time and, while holding them, press the power button. After a while your Switch will enter into the maintenance mode. At this point the pending update is deleted.
  4. Press the power button once again. It'll shut down the console.
  5. Boot into CFW the way you usually do and make sure to activate flight mode. (Connecting to the Internet is safe only if you have DNS MITM in place.)
Hopefully, that will fix the pending update error.
