I haven't had any issues with he hp so far. My save did mess up and I had to restart my game. I haven't gotten to the first boss in Arkham City. I will play some and let you know.

I checked on second boss (two mutants) it seems ok now. My HP doesn't decresase, bosses HP decreases.
