Banned in sudomemo for unfair reason

Hello there im a Flipnote creator with the name eri and i want to make a complaint against Sudomemo. All started in 22 January 2023 when i copied my save flipnote studio save file from the DSi to 3DS the got this messege on 3DS

Then i got in touch with SudoModMail on Discord and they were helpless

NOw that i want to sell/give it to somone else my DSI i wanted to expirement mabye swapping out the wifi card of DSI and 3DS would do the job so i simiuleted that on melonDS and after 2 hours i got Banned on sudomemo

Now im in proccess of appeling the ban by contacting SudoModMail again

WHat are you thoughts on this ban did sudomemo moderetors made the right decition or they she wil warn a user with email first about that they detected and i you think that was a mistake to cotact sudomemo support?

Is not complitely free remember a Sudomemo plus exsists witch offers features that Flipnote Hatena din't offer

While I'd be the first to admit that not providing any way to transfer an account from one system to another (or use the same account on multiple devices) is pretty shit, you clearly broke their terms of use and should maybe accept that the reason for your ban is 100% down to you.

It looks like their support is pretty accommodating, and they may have worked with you to transfer your account if you hadn't tried to 'improvise' your own workaround.
