Is the PS4 easy to hack yet?

I am interested in knowing if the PS4 had reached similar levers to PS3HEN, Vita Henkaku Enso, 3DS LumaCFW, Wii U Aroma, or Switch levels of being fool-proof

Easy - yes if you read the fine manuals. But as you mention many permanent CFW's as examples, PS4 doesn't have any at the moment. Only HEN that of course has to be redone every boot.

Also worth noting 0 PSN access. Which means in this modern era games are only ever half complete at best if you attempt to play them.

Not completely true some games get very new games get backported.

True maybe you could ask Sony to stop bug bounty so hackers are motivated to release exploits to community instead of selling them to Sony.

Similar to ps3 hen, but we still need the system to do like 90% of everything we do, so there are not many ps4 apps for pc outside of the hacked sdk ones.

An "exploit" that isn't public doesn't exist. See: known liars like smealum. He had loads of "private" exploits, the reality is they were never real. Biggest attention whore in the scene but GBATemp ate him up HARD.

PS3/PS4 hacking is pretty darn easy so much so a kid could do it if he just watches Mr. Mario or Modern Warfare and follows exactly as shown.

I was looking more at court and theflow0 real exploiters.
