And the chicken head woman is lying for attention or free dinner coupons or whatever, or merely complaining that she got the wrong order in her Yelp review. When you order wings you don't expect head (well, depends on how much your partner likes wings but I digress). If you ordered a steak and got a bull dong in jello, would you say "oh well, at least it's real bovine parts in there, no reason to complain"? You don't expect bull dong in a steak house, you expect it in hot dogs. Duh.

The truth is she planted the thumb in it, it was her husband's co-workers friend who lost it in an accident. She cooked it at home and then planted it in the chili (her own admission), tests showed it wasn't cooked with the chili and she went to jail.
