Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver do not have exclusive wild encounters or NPC related events whenever you have third generation titles in slot-2. The only thing that's still present is the migration feature for Pal Park. What you seek only applies to Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.

If you wanted this concept for migration purposes, then I'm sorry to say but it's impossible to mimic migration concepts using cheat codes, for the simple fact that migrations require an actual game and game save file to function the way it does.

Hey, so I'm trying to use the cheat to get the Liberty Pass in Pokemon Black, but it doesn't seem to be working (mail guy isn't showing up and it's not appearing in my bag either). Does anyone have any advice or help they can offer? I'm playing on TWiLightMenu on a N3DS.

Also, if this isn't the right place to ask for help on this, just point me in the right direction and I'll go there instead!

Set the game to DS mode, well aware of the issue with this and am fixing it.

Not for the P.C. version, but it does work for the Android version. Keep in mind the Android version is NOT of the same main branch of MelonDS, it is a fork that's maintained outside of official means, so whatever goes on there does not imply anything with the main version.

You could try the links on Universal-DB, they link the bitbucket API directly and has a much less confusing interface

Hello, Good afternoom eveeybody... I was wondering if it is Possible that anyone can help me Getting the Xml cheats database for Ni No Kuni Shikkoku no Madoushi DS, Spanish Translation ?... I already used the database here but I think it only works for the English translation. (So it doesn't work for me)... I use MelonDS fie Android btw, only allows Xml ..... The releases tab is gone. how the fuck do we download this? The ui on that site is unusable.

You can also:

1. Browse to the file
2. Click the three dots in the top right of the box where it says "Binary files cannot be shown"
3. Click "Open raw"

That way you don't need to download everything

But yeah, Bitbucket's interface is kinda awful for this kinda thing. If you want to link its Universal-DB page in the OP feel free, at risk of self promotion it does have a far more intuitive interface and updates within 6 hours automatically
