I don’t know if something similar was asked, if yes I am sorry for the new thread.

My question is, if it is possible that 2 controller are plugged in for the same player at the same time.

For example i want to play BoTW with a newbie person, who has major problems with the camera control. I would like to take the camera part and let the other person do the playing.

Maybe joycons with bloopair. I don't know for sure if that is possible.

Pretty sure it won't work for Breath of the Wild since it is single player game, it is different compare to multi player game.

Depending on how the camera works, it might be possible if it can read both joy con's as a complete controller. I saw some code for the joycon sideways in the source code for bloopair, but I don't know about them being one complete controller together.

Is there a way of using two pro controllers with all available buttons in parallel as player 1 though?
I think sharing joy cons would be not that fun in our case

I don't think it's possible. I assume it's based on mac address of the controller, but I don't really know how bluetooth works.

I’m pretty sure HID-to-Vpad will do what you want - you can use a non-Wii-U Bluetooth USB controller (not the Wii U Pro Controller as that only *charges* over USB) to act as the GamePad’s buttons and sticks and still retain full use of the GamePad itself including gyro (and touchscreen if used with WW/TP rather than BotW).

I remember this was one of the advertised features of the Magic-NS dongle, but it doesn't work with the Wii U. It would work with the Switch version though. Not sure if it allows simultaneous inputs, or if it switches between them seamlessly.
Can't you just tell them to use Z-targeting to center the camera?

Solved it.

Indeed it worked with Hid-to-Vpad.
I replaced my wii u gamepad with a gamecube controller. Afterwards both worked simultaneously, and now i can play zelda with 2 controllers at the same time 🤩

I don't know... Would having someone else move your camera for you be a bad idea? maybe that person wants to look at something else than what you're pointing them at? Better idea to have that person get used to Camera controls on their own rather than came out with a "Solution" that might sour the experience.
