Emulation Touch screen is not working for Twilightmenu

I am having a problem with twilight menu the touch screen is not working,it was fine for a while but then stop working

Are you using a DSi or 3DS?

Is touch only broken on games running in widescreen?

Try re-calibrating touch then.

EDIT: One last idea. If the game is being run from the game card slot, make sure the Slot-1 touch mode setting is set to DS mode.
