How do I get rid of this?
And, how do I convince my stupid parents not to take it down by themselves?

Go to the nearest fireworks stand and get some smoke bombs. Get something to sit them on that will allow you to set them off close enough to the nest that the smoke reaches it. Set them off on the something. Run to another entrance into your house. Get them to go look at the wasp nest. If you succeeded, you will see so many wasps they won't even want to leave the house.

If you're REALLY lucky, it will have exterminated the nest, though.

I don't know why you would want to pay an exterminator to take that down, I would gladly pay you to have my fun with the nest

Just wait until it's night time and then spray the hole of the nest with wasp spray. At night, they're sleeping in the nest. You might need to do the treatment a second time the next night if there's still activity. After the wasps have been killed, then you can knock the nest down with a rake .

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
