New Signature

So I've created myself a new signature thing for getting referrals to Rewards1. Now I'm not sure whether to put a gradient on or not, or only over part of it.
Vote for which you think looks best.

Edit: Also, what do you think? It's my first proper banner/picture made completely from scratch.

OK, so I've eliminated no 1. I've decided I don't like it. Now it's up to you guys, no 2 or no 3?

Also some feedback would be nice. And I am allowed to put these links in my sig right?

I would go with No. 3.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure you're allowed to have them in your sig.
