So here are a few things I have been wanting for a while now:

- 4GB Transcend SDHC Micro SD Card
or
A-Data Turbo Series microSDHC Memory Card 4GB Class 6 (No Adapter)

- Patriot Dash 4GB USB Flash Drive 60x Capless

Those are some things I have been wanting. I am not a rich person, but am just average. Those things are affordable for me, and just want one of them. I already own a 4GB Micro SD Card, so the first one isn't really on topic. But I lost my 2GB USB for more than 4 years and am just simply not allowed to get a new one. Does anyone know a good way to persuade my dad to get it? Maybe some reasons. Other than that, I also chose that USB since it looks cool.

If anyone has found a site that sells it at a cheaper price tell me. Site must be in Ontario, has a store, and has that exact USB.

Some I have thought of are...
- Need a USB for portable use when I bring it around
- Need a USB for school purposes
- Need a USB so that I can have something for portable use
- MicroSD Card is gonna be a hassle when bringing the adapter and reader
- MicroSD Card also has files I don't want to be shown (eg. Roms, NDS Stuff)

@ x-mah-D ~ My Dad's can asshole? Sometimes I agree with that, which is sad. I have been wanting to buy a USB, but he always resorts to saying, "Oh bring your SD Card with the adapter" or "Where is the one I gave you??". Same answers all the time, but he just won't understand. My mom won't even know the place since she never goes. My dad in the other hand, well, goes there most of the time. I have even found another store that sells the USB for $12! I am gonna go tell him today xP

@ Living ~ I am not that kind of person that hold that much commitment. I am one of those lazy, computer guys. Cleaning is also a no-no. I get tired when I vacuum a room. Cleaning a bathroom is hard too since I don't even know how.

Geez.... This is a major problem....
Since you really have no desire to work for it and have less respect for dad as you need to persuade him to get you something you want you could just steal his credit card and purchase it on the internet and keep mouth shut. Then claim you dont know what $12 charge is if he questions it. I mean it really shouldnt matter. You could persuade him then that you need it for school or your other schemes

Not gonna work for $12, huh? Wow... I mean thats crazy.... I bet you could look in washing machine and find money and then only need to work for $8

I got a 8GB USB stick for $15 with tax at Future Shop last boxing day. I also heard it was selling at best buy for $1 cheaper :P .

@ Commadore ~ I am super lazy xDD. I got the money to pay, so now money isn't a problem. After having a few conversations with my dad, he finally agreed. All I need to do is wait until tomorrow or Sunday to go to Canada Computers and buy me the USB ^^

@ Play ~ Nice deal. I don't feel like waiting for boxing day though....

Other than that, I have also been trying to buy a Cell Phone. The LG Venus to be exact from Telus. My parents are just thinking about it, and once again, I have to pay for it >_>
