Home, and goodbye Chrome

So, today I finally packed my stuff and took the 15 kilometers or so with bicycle, in snow, but not much wind what made it a bit better.

As I booted up my trusty home PC, and opened the browser of my choise, the Google Chrome, I was reminded of one thing again; Javascript had abandoned chrome somehow, and whole thing worked like controlling a posessed puppet.

I decided to change rather than reinstall, after all I have every major browser installed on my system; IE (what shall not and will not be used, EVER), Opera, Safari, Chrome, and last was my choise to move back to - The mozilla firefox.

My choise had nothing to do logic, just random choise - oh, and I got nice Hatsune Miku persona installed too, so that helps too, I guess. With some time of fiddling I got all my open tabs (I use "permanent tabbing" - that is, having same tabs always open, even between browser closeups and startups) and bookmarks migrated and... well, I did not uninstall Chrome but just kinda let it be.

As for home, nothing much. It's silent, people are still on vacation and so am I. It is kinda sad to be alone again. I am now waiting DealExtreme shipping notices to inbox of my e-mail since Chinese new year has passed by and that's about it.

I also have netbook to fix what is, pain and joy at same time I guess...

Yeah.
Apparently this rose another thing missing in Firefox installation.

The so much forum saving spell checker. Apparently I needed to get dictionary for that and now that's in too.

I actually thank for that note.

As I am somewhat good SPEAKER, typing in English can be bit harder because of those quirky ways of typing.

Also, if someone makes that kind of notes to me in chats I type "are you happy now" in Finnish what brings my point over.

Well. Yes, Safari in manner of that web pages are made to support it and about every mac and iPhone user have a build of safari.

I have it installed, It does not mean I use it. (As I did not use firefox for shite until it came to Chrome's fall... and my own laziness)

Like anything apple related - BaDumDish. No wonder why those pesky mac owners need their 16+ gigs of RAM.

I only installed it to test the speeds and usability of safari. I COULD be using it if not for huge disadvantage of NOT remembering tabs. It actually was fast but otherwise useless. I just happen to have space and no energy, so I did not ever uninstall it.

If you don't use it, why uninstall it?
Oh and with all these browsers going about and if you haven't already cleaned your cache, install CCleaner and tell us how much space your wasting :P

C drive has about 120gigs free, D drive 260 gigs free.

L drive has 390 gigs free.

Used space wins over free space but let me say, that is enough free space to not care about browser cache of unused browser (what has total of 1meg cache at max any way)

You know i was curious about that too. Mac was never very good at managing memory. All the old macs, before OSX, all had static memory. So it couldnt be reused without rebooting. DOH! And i still dont think they have it all sorted out.
I have a Mac Book Pro and safari is like the worst thing ever. I use firefox, but GD facebook chat rapes me up and down everytime, I swear.
