Hey kids, I want to just alert you to a wargame that is actually FUN, not just more of the usual 'what the fuck? this is dull as shit' type fare common to my niche in gaming.

So you are not automatically needing to deal with a UK source.
The game is damned fun. challenging like chess, yet not dull and tiring like a history class.
It's a PC title currently, but it's not like this can't go to consoles later (and Slitherine DOES do PSP and Nintendo DS games).
The AI is as all AIs are, but it's no push over either. But the game like most, shines in player vs player.
The graphics are fun and the sound effects amusing. The missions while challenging are not tedious. You can play out a battle in a short time, this is not an all day week after week burden. Plenty of battles in the initial and the best part this game was intentionally made mod friendly.
They do digital download and use a serial only. NO fucking nasty drm shit.
You can pay a fee and get additionally a physical copy if you really need it that badly. But I can't imagine a temper worth his rep needing help making a back up. I mean, shit, it takes more work making a back up of your NDS roms eh.
