i hate being sick xP

my nose is always stuffy .
i wish i could be un-sick , but the best thing i can do is to drink lots of fluids and eat some vitamin c .

it sucks not having a tissue ,
having to deep breathe in through the nose just so it doesn't drip >_>.

keep tissues in ur pocket where ever u go.
and use Puffs + Lotion, it feels good (no rough tissues).

Eeeeeh. Fluids are always good, but Vitamin C probably won't help you get better much faster. It is true that a vitamin C deficiency will hinder your immune system, but a surplus won't aid it very well.

That's not saying you shouldn't ingest a lot of vitamin C - the DRV is really really low, it'll keep your immune system working and you won't get scurvy, but vitamin C is very important. I forget the percentage, but quite a bit of it is stored in your brain, and it aids in brain function, it's a powerful antioxidant, and helps you absorb iron (which probably isn't a problem for you red-meat-man, but still).

tl;dr: ignore me

i honestly hate it , oh and any ideas on how to clear my nose ?
so i could probably inhale more air rather than using more effort to breathe air in ?

Have you tried a saline nasal spray? You can get them at any pharmacy.
My dad used them a lot, don't remember if it helped much but then he had surgery on (in?) his nose later and that completely cured him.

I have to skip class next Thursday because my manager is busy and the only other worker's kid is having a toy surgically removed from his sinus.

yea got that as well. Only my situation is a bit worse.

There's a part of my nose that just likes to shut itself. So I've got trouble breething then. It only opens up during heavy training, like judo practice or something.

i can feel that i am getting better ,
but every morning it's just too freakin' hard to get out of bed -_- .
on a sidenote,
i just installed Windows 7 64bit AND i got a 24" monitor ^_^ . widescreen though .
it's such huge jump from a 19" to a 24" ... there's so much space on the screen *_*
