Luck and unluck...y

Dude, I don't have school today.
Why?
Cuz of my lucky underwear!
....
Ok
Maybe cuz of power outages.
But there was a huge storm yesterday.
And I was wearing my lucky underwear.
Coincidence?
I think not.
My lucky underwear does one lucky thing the day I wear it.
And seemingly nothing lucky happened.
(If you'll recall yesterday's post I even lost my Gotcha thing)
Untill my friend called me this morning.
I'm like
Daaaaaaaaaaang.

On an unrelated note.
My external hard drive isn't working.
Which sucks.
Its 1TB
With about 50gigs left on it.
It's got my music, games, movies, pics, pr0n, docs, fuckin everything on it.
(I didn't feel like skipping a line for everything there...
you're welcome)
So I'mna see if I can get it repaired.
Hopefully I can.
It's clicking when I listen to it.
And I can sometimes get it to work.
But damn, I need it!

Anyway, those're my stories.

Clicking is bad bad bad. thats the needle hitting the disk, its a sign that its on the verge of dying. :(

:blink: My laptop's main HDD has been clicking for about 8 months. I think it started when it froze and I punched the laptop... right in the part where the HDD is. :rolleyes:

Hahaha, way to be Thoob.
Anyway thankfully I got it to work...
By turning it on and off a lot.
Prolly not gonna turn it off until I have everything off of it.
Damn that's a lot of games and stuff I've downloaded over the years.
But it's all good.
Cuz I've backed it all up...
Or I'm in the process of doing it.

Yuuuuuuuuup.

with hard disk drives:
clicking == about to die

it may keep going for weeks or months, but it could die any minute, and when it does you will have to pay a data recovery firm 1000s of £$€ to get your data back.
