Halo 3 ODST

Ok, so my friend and I were at school a few days ago talking about jobs and then he said he had job at EB Games not long ago, and I said that that's pretty cool. Anyway we began talking about how he was working at EB and I said that I was going into the city with another friend because he was pre-ordering ODST and then he mentioned that he had a copy. Apparently most pre-ordered games are just sitting there in stock waiting for the release date and said I could borrow his copy if I wanted. Anyway, today he said that he was going to bring it on Monday for me to try out (Even though I forgot to ask o:). So I'm wondering if this is real or not so if it happens I guess I will post some pictures. Also I haven't got his gamertag yet, so I'm going to get it tonight and check.

if they had it in the back sitting in boxes then most likely it would have been leaked already

Yeah, I'm still a bit skeptical about this. So if it is real, I'm not going to go on live (Obvious b&) though I will post pictures (Video maybe?) if it actually is real. Though he told me all this and offered to let me try it out without me asking him :/. Anyway, It'll be pretty cool if it turns out real.

Eh, sorry to update late. Though he did have a copy of the game, it was pretty cool. He also has Guitar Hero 5, which is still unreleased for Australia.

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
