EHP is a simple packing Schema, that uses pointers to point to file names, size and content, they aren't for only GIM files.

That's my last hurdle to translation, as I finished mostly everything else, I know that at least in Tag Force 3,
Boot.bin contains System Messages, Duelist Names, and Recipe Names and I haven't had any luck in changing it.

Eboot .bin contains EHPs, several, you should find their header and extract them

Your question makes no sense in a way, the ability to be played in PPSSPP depends on PPSSPP, as for it's availability, it'll prolly be dumped as an iso after all.

PSP games will work on jailbroken PS3 consoles, but not all of the CFWs can play them. I think the only PSP game that can't run even on jailbroken PS3 is the merged version of Final Fantasy Type-0.
