Heck, I had to stop everything I was doing to test this one!

I played a bit and I came across some weird bugs like a infinite loop during the tutorial about those new cards (Xyz Summon).

Should we post them here or create threads in the Xeno Translation forum...?

Shit, I could've saved you the trouble and made a video explaining the elements of an XYZ summoning. But I would start a thread on the Xeno Translation website, since we would like to transition the discussions about "TF6 Translation Project" to Omarrrio's website since he has administrator power on that site. But I'm sure he would love to hear how he fucked up. Just Kidding! It's probably an error that occurred courtesy of the original programmers (Konami), but if you alert him of the problem I'm sure he'll work on correcting it for the Beta Patch (whenever that gets released *wink wink*). But the story mode itself should work fine. I tested that myself.

Nah, it's fine.

The first thing I did was play some Free Duels. Those black cards were a surprise but I read something about them previously.

I just accessed the tutorial to clear doubts about their limitations and possibilities.

Bugs:

-If an NPC's deck isn't known, it's shown as Sys0 instead of "???"

-De-Spell is mislabeled as Virus Cannon.

-Duel Bonus and High Score are blank in the victory screen.

I might be mistaken but some reported bugs aren't caused by the patch, but caused by the PPSSPP.

It would be interesting if the same users used a real PSP or tested without the translation to see if the same happens... Just sayin'!

I would recommend trying the ISO that I uploaded directly to see if that fixes the Sys0 to ??? bug. Because my ISO has everything working fine. Including the duel bonus. And yes, I noticed that De-Spell depicts it self as virus cannon as well.

The Blank text boxes are a font issue, just google the original PSP fonts and replace the fonts of PPSSPP, and that'll be fixed, most text visibility issues are fixed that way, not just in TF6, but all games that use the PSP internal fonts for their own text (ex. Jean D'Arc).

December 2013 since i checked this page. I am one of the people who are here for the patch. And i checked it just now if the patch was done already. I noticed omarrrio's thread post changed & i followed the video instruction of the man on the page 15, but i cant find it. Am i missing something? :/

The patch was down because i needed to fix more bugs, i will upload a new patch.

I downloaded a TF6 already patched to english but it isn't 100% in english. My question is, once you release your patch, can i re-patch the game i dled or do i need to get the original Jap version?

You can patch any version of the game, it's only go to replace the files that exist in the ISO with the files that are in the patch. Since this is an ALPHA PATCH, not all of it is translated. Honestly people, if you want all of the stories translated right now, then help me translate them. I can't produce super fast results as the only story translator. Otherwise just be patient.
That last part wasn't directed only at "istep", that was for anyone asking about why the full thing isn't translated.

yo screw i will like to help, but dont know japanese, you use a translate program or you just know jp?

I think he was worried that once a file is patched it would not be re-writable and that he would have to download a clean version, as for a patcher only overwriting some files it seems pretty obvious but I didn't know that, I used to think it would make the original file into an altogether different program.

You can patch a program to backwards if you want. As in you can have the full english version and patch it back to the Japanese version.....as long as none of your english files are corrupting
how the script is read by the game.
