Hello, I combed through all the pages but I cannot find a simple answer on how to install Wiiflow for the dolphen 3.0 emulator. Can anyone please assist :) ? It is the final piece to completion of my media center, thank you! The latest revision 4.1 of wiiflow causes an automatic crash and all other versions seem to just bring up a yellow exclamation mark logo.

Nope heh, make sure you install d2x v8 or v10 and then it should work just fine. Also update to the latest homebrew channel and delete the wiiflow and apps/wiiflow folder and do a proper new 4.1 installation.

Okay, let me make sure I understand these steps clear.

    Install d2x v10 (through nusdownloader I assume?)

Update to latest HBC, how do I go about doing that.. Bannerbomb?

Installing the wiiflow by creating an SD.raw with the data on it, not launching it directly via dolphin?

Finally, assuming I get this far- how do I get Wiiflow to find my games folder on my pc? :)

Thanks, assuming your the one behind Wiiflow, your work is awesome i'd like to donate!

well, you need to install that stuff via showmiiwads or so to the nand of dolphin-emu, also I have no idea if it can even boot wii games via wiiflow, I guess at its current state not...

AH I see, okay that gives me something to work with. Sadly, I haven't been able to find anyone confirming that it does indeed show games. The closest i've come on my search is this video : which I can't be certain is actually real either lol.

If anyone to help me!!! Wiiware games is working fine with 4.02 but not with 4.1. I install Wiiflow and extract the emunand and install the wad´s in emunand. With this metod and wiiflow 4.02 i get that the wiiware games show to me and play its. Well when i install the new wiiflow and i hit the button of wiiware show to me some wiiware games mix with nand channels. What is wrong? What i do to make wiiware games work with wiiflow 4.1?

I only use dolphin to test channels and experiments to make sure the real wii won't brick.
Wii and GC games can be played directly via dolphin and wads too even without installing them
also many homebrew apps load fine. so no need for loaders. moreover SD card emulation sucks (need to make a raw file and use imgtools) and HDD emulation is still lacking if I'm not mistaken.
    :)

Very valid, I was just hoping I could use the magnificent Wiiflow cover display rather then the really .. antiquated dolphin launcher as a part of my xbmc extension :) . Thanks for the closure, I was unsure why people were compiling dolphin versions of Wiiflow

    Hi guys,

I'm new with WiiFlow and after checking the comparison with the backup loaders (kudos to AbdallahTerro for his links!), I would want it to be my primary backup loader from now on.

I read a lot of things about it and although I think I read it right, you can run Wiiware games in Wiiflow too, right? I'm still in the process of learning nee2o but when I can get this to run, I no longer need others like Mighty Channels, right?

    Thanks!

Rev 844 mini Pack is out, same as Full pack minus the IOS, cIOS and Mios files to make it legal
also fixed the custom titles file by adding an empty line at the beginning, 844 is almost identical to 841 with extra option for neek2o,
    check the changelog here: http://code.google.com/p/open-wiiflow-mod/source/detail?r=844
Use Modmii to get all the prerequisite IOS and cIOS or make sure your Wii is properly softmodded
