I have banned/flashed xbox. Recently I wanted to play old xbox game, but it wants an update. Also, I want to get some demos or buy Limbo or something, but I have no xbox online service.
Is there anyway to take my xbox to my friend, who has xbox live and do all updates on banned xbox? Maybe just a harddrive, downloading updates?
What sould I do?

you can burn it or put it on a flashdrive
you extract the zip and put it on the root of the drive
