I re-encrypted it with Decrypt9WIP.
But FBi is always giving me the error "Already exists" even after i desinstalled the Home Menu.

Are you using the latest FBI version?I re-encrypted it with Decrypt9WIP.

Home menu CIA has changed on the 11.3 update, so you have to Download the New version with 3DSNUS.Hmm,that's weird. The versions of the Home Menus are different. And the installed sizes are too.
EDIT : Still getting the same error.
It should be okay if the CIA is created. The edited file size may be different from the original one but that's not a problem.Ah,I see. Thanks. Also,is it alright if I use a 32-bit build of makerom ? Because I don't have any 64-bit computers.
Uh... I re-read, and don't understand why you're trying to decompress the SystemApps.000 file itself.
When I say to decompress files, I meant files with LZ in the name, and they are in the ExtractedRomFS folder.
Oh right, I forgot this shit...
Yeah, try to edit bat files, and change ONLY the name
Sadly, it does not. https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/issues/410I'm curious, luma's layeredfs implementation. Does it work with the home menu so that I could possibly change it without messing around with the cia itself?
I have my own Catalan translation of the Home Menu and I also receive an error while trying to access to the eShop, for example, but for avoid that I use Free Multi Patcher (I know that's an old app, but it works). However, it would be cool if we could apply some kind of firmware spoofing to the cia...Is it possible to edit home menu so that it will not nag a system update? I want to stays on 11.2 but the update prompt is annoying!
