If you need help to understand the random memes and the like - you could try going on 4chan's /a/, and check when the Japanese language thread pops up. They'd know pretty much every meme, manga line that exists and could tell you straight away.

I started playing PBT0.2 and found few issues, but couldn't make screenshot (played on gateway).
You released 1.0 but they are probably left untouched, so the few things I noticed:
In the option screen, the text is overlapping "Difficulty" is too long. not a big issue, but not nice.
at the start of the game, when meeting the girl, I felt some words were not in the correct order "She so is...{some text forgot}" instead of "She is so"
that's all I remember
I'll now use 1.0 so any reports will be with last release.

you can use ntr 3.0 with gateway to take screenshots etc, i do remember the difficulty text being reported and i think it was fixed......idk i guess not thoughCongratulation on completing this project

gateway is not needed.
after patching the .3DS file, you can either:
-convert to cia to install on your CFW's (emu)NAND.
or
-Play from your retail cartridge, extract the patched ROM files and place the modified files (4~6 files) on your SD card, then use NTR CFW with LayerFS plugin to load the file from SD in read time.
i remeber the first times when this game was annonced it was "so hype" because this game looked so different from the other games, and the time past and now i dont even have my 3ds. Now I'm sure I am probably going to buy it again (srry for bad enshlig)

I played the game up to end of level 2.
The battle system is very easy and at the same time can be very tricky.
some questions :
is there some interest in killing the special enemies? (the grey ones)
is there a count, does it unlock something? or just more exp?
is there a need to clear the levels from all enemies? (return back if they are in respawn state)
or again, just for exp?

if she is really saying "let's", maybe replace with "please". (even though I didn't hear her saying onegaishimasu, it still makes more sense), or just remove "let's".

I think this is what I read, but as I can't read logs of the girl, I'm not sure. if that's the sentence, it's missing "by" monsters.

It's ambiguously referring to something that the writer didn't want to actually specify. Using "that" this way happens all the time in Japanese media.
"What's with you?" is a pretty common enough expression by itself. There's no need to change it.
No, that's definitely not better. The way he had it was correct.
