Are you sure about that? Why can't we just use the typical waithax, granted it takes forever, until fasthax is released?

If you on 10.7 or less then getting into the HBL will permit sysdowngrader to obtain the necessary permission to downgrade. If you are on 11.0 or above, then sysdowngrade cannot get the permission.

AFAIK doesn't matter how you get in the HBL. Soundhax, Ninjhax, Oothax, browserhax don't matter its system version that matters.

Isn't that what the DSiWare method is for as described on http://3ds.guide/ though?

It is not working for me also I have a japanese New 3DS with 11.2.0-35J :( I guess we must wait until they make a sound file for JPN consoles, but anyway they have made a great work
