No, unless you have one of the 4 dsiware games, or a hardmod, 10.7 is still the latest firmware you can downgrade with just the hb launcher and sysdowngrader
Are you sure about that? Why can't we just use the typical waithax, granted it takes forever, until fasthax is released?
If you on 10.7 or less then getting into the HBL will permit sysdowngrader to obtain the necessary permission to downgrade. If you are on 11.0 or above, then sysdowngrade cannot get the permission.
AFAIK doesn't matter how you get in the HBL. Soundhax, Ninjhax, Oothax, browserhax don't matter its system version that matters.
No one said anything about downgrading capabilities. That's the only reason anyone would buy a 10.7 system anyway since you can get homebrew on 11.0/11.1
Are you sure you have the right payload? Try with this file, and make sure you have "otherapp.bin" at the root of your SD.
ive just used soundhax on my 11.1 eur o3ds and it works perfect, but do i have run the hack everytime i want to use the HBL or is there a way of installing HBL?

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
