Worked up quite a sweat getting to level 2 lol but I managed to do it

Added to the game the option to change the Music/SFX volume level. Using the 3ds speakers it's better to leave both at 100%, but maybe using earphones someone may prefer a different setting.

Warning: if you update from the previous version, go to option ad adjust the SFX volume or it will be very low (15%).
