if you can somehow exit from *hax without rebooting. not sure why you would want to use ctr-httpwn if you already have cfw though.

in that case, you could just use the homebrew launcher normally to run ctr-httpwn + some other 3DSX homebrew

Not sure why that happens, but, iirc, 3DSX Launcher Loader won't work above 11.0 unless it is updated to do so.

You can use @zoogie 's tool to actually convert it into a cia.

Yep, the same happened with the original project this is based on (hbl loader), but that did get updated.
