ROM Hack Pokemon Black - Editing starter pictures?

I've been trying for ages to try and get this right.. Basically, i'm following this tutorial to try and change the starter pictures in Pokemon Black/White http://webcache.goog...n&ct=clnk&gl=uk

I've got to the point of editing the byte jump. height and width. And just can't seem to get the correct figures..

This is the closest I've got :

I know it is definitely possible as Zarkis was able to do it on his hack :

Anyone got any ideas on how I can get the correct figures?

I'm having the same problem, have you tried using another program to extract and decompress the files?

Im sure there is a way,but i dont think u can edit the black sprites in the background,as u can see in the image above that it is unedited.

Was there really a need to comment saying this? Besides, I don't think you can post one word comments...
Anyways i exported the image and pasted a smaller starter picture around where snivys head is, then erased the rest and it's working perfect in game.. So I guess it does't really matter if it's a bit messed as long as your new image is smaller...

Er, why not just chop up the new pic the same way as the old?
