Hardware Opinions on gpd win?

The GamePad Digital (GPD for short) is a handheld pc that runs full windows 10 with a cherry trail processor under the hood. It also has a 5 inch screen._._ you can probably look up a youtube video or two and learn that this handheld is a monster with proper tweaking and adjustments, this can run full gamecube emulation and run gtaV at console frame rates._ should I purchase a gpd win or wait for the rumored smach zero (aka:the steam boy)
