I get "Invalid title key format" whenever I add that good enc site in the Update

No, you need to update manually

You can update to it from arc by scanning the QR. Otherwise it would have be on arc's end to make it so you can update automatically to this.

No, but arc13's fork auto updates to his fork's repo. It wouldn't auto-update to paul's.

I am not totally sure, but I did just update through FBI and it simply replaced the arc version.
