nds-bootstrap loader: Run commercial NDS backups from an SD Card

nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

Is it just me, or are loading times longer when playing Super Mario 64 DS with the latest beta?

Magnetica took exactly 1 minute and 13 seconds from when it showed the Nintendo DS boot screen to when it got to the title screen, and 1 minute with 29 seconds from the moment I chose "Start" in the Challenge menu to it get to the actual game.
Well, at least the loading time improvements are nifty, and while having to wait one and a half minute to start the game sounds a bit tedious, it's great progress.

Try switching Lock ARM9 SCFG_EXT on and then off.
Also, try turning console output on.
It sounds like I'm in the same situation as xJoelituh, and that doesn't seem to have any effect besides the console output showing for a few frames before the white screen.

Nothing.
Switched on > Try game > Nothing
Switched off > Try game > Nothing

Console output was already on. Maybe is something fucked with my TWLoader, should I try reinstalling it?

White screen en SM64 DS, Mario Kart DS, FMA Dual Sympathy...
I have disabled Lock ARM9 SCFG_EXT
Try turning on VRAM boost, or turn it off if it's already on.
