This isn't about Lantus, specifically. Nintendo has been weird with YouTube videos for quite some time, now.
This kind of thing isn't acceptable in my opinion, especially since Lantus had a video claimed for having Splatoon 2, he never had Splatoon 2 in the video... Reiterated, fair use means nothing now...

I didn't say you agreed with it, I was talking about Nintendo's actions against Homebrew. They should be more like Sony, who embraced Homebrew on the PSP and PS3.

I've been a gamer for many years and looking back, I remember back in the days of the NES Nintendo was being ass hats even back then (1980s I think?). A company called Galoob released a product called the Game Genie. I welcome correction if I'm wrong but I think it was the first cheat code peripheral ever.
Anyhow, long story short, I believe it was released in the waning days of the NES. (toward the end of it's life cycle) Nintendo, being the bullies they are, took Galoob to court but Galoob won.

MVG Does not speak for Nintendo he and anyone else that is not an elected Nintendo representative has no opinion same goes for consumers it just Nintendo throwing their weight around as usual same for the Rom Sites being taken down.
There have been people simply reviewing or walkthrough guides of other Games and Nintendo dont like criticism nor praise I personally would like to mail them a Bag of S*** and sue them for complaining about the smell.

Either way, Nintendo was being a bully even then. Also on this topic, how about one of their latest "triumphs" over the common gamer? Just recently I read that now in Japan it is illegal to modify your game saves! The penalty? Jail time

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -
