Since these incompetent m*********s {with 'all their money' that Reggie ...bye... couldn't stfu about} can't beat 'em, they want to do a Tour De la Planet and try to silence them.
This kind of thing isn't acceptable in my opinion, especially since Lantus had a video claimed for having Splatoon 2, he never had Splatoon 2 in the video... Reiterated, fair use means nothing now...This isn't about Lantus, specifically. Nintendo has been weird with YouTube videos for quite some time, now.
I don't agree with it. Just saying this isn't new. This kind of thing isn't acceptable in my opinion, especially since Lantus had a video claimed for having Splatoon 2, he never had Splatoon 2 in the video... Reiterated, fair use means nothing now...
I didn't say you agreed with it, I was talking about Nintendo's actions against Homebrew. They should be more like Sony, who embraced Homebrew on the PSP and PS3.I don't agree with it. Just saying this isn't new.

We can't do much outside just disputing the claims or taking them to court, which both will never work...Can we do something about that? I mean, with fair use were in the right, no? Gamers unite lol
It was actually a cheat device for the Commodore 64I've been a gamer for many years and looking back, I remember back in the days of the NES Nintendo was being ass hats even back then (1980s I think?). A company called Galoob released a product called the Game Genie. I welcome correction if I'm wrong but I think it was the first cheat code peripheral ever.
Anyhow, long story short, I believe it was released in the waning days of the NES. (toward the end of it's life cycle) Nintendo, being the bullies they are, took Galoob to court but Galoob won.
It's been down hill since then
Lantus is another name for ModernVintageGamer, who the video above is made byWho's Lantus? It's not only Lantos it's all videos of piracy related
Ok, thank you for the correction. I guess the was the first cheat peripheral for a home console then.It was actually a cheat device for the Commodore 64
