Hacking Is there a way of translating Japanese roms?

Into English? I'm getting a EZ flash 4 lite =+ 1GB micro sd + EZ pass 3 and I wandered if there was a way (other than getting a dictionary) to translate the game? (Pokemon Pearl + Diamond)

Some clever people can may make a patch to translate ROMs but it a slow time consuming process and rarely done with games that are coming out in English.
So either wait for English version or get learning Japanese.

You can open the rom in a hexeditor, search for Japanese text and replace it with english text. Then start the game and hope that it will work.
...which mostly will result in failure, since you have overwritten some other important space with your english text...
So is there a way of translating Japanese roms? Yes it is.
Is there a way of translating Pokemon Pearl + Diamond roms before they are released in English language? No.
