ah no i didnt see the editI think you didn't see my edit a bit back, but the R4i Gold Plus (r4ids.com) has been blocked. Also, according to 3DSbrew this update updates the Nintendo Zone hotspot list and the DSi mode firmware. (Maybe related to flashcart blocking?)

I think so too. I am under the impression Nintendo used a different method to block the flashcards this time, cause this update managed to block all known flash cards as far as we know and the TWL_FIRM on the Nintendo 3DS has been updated which corresponds to the DSi firmware on 3DS. Putting this together with the delay in the flashcard updates I'd say something's fishy...
