Hacking Does anyone make CwCheats anymore?

I know..It's been awhile since anyone has modded or anything with the PSP but I am trying to get back into editing with it. Now does anyone know how to get into the game coding itself? I am trying to edit with R-Type Command and make NPC's accessible and maybe even allow you to place units anywhere..Any help would be appreciated..

Been years. But iirc, you can use cwcheat's in game menu to search out hex addresses. Great for creating simple cheats. Not so sure about the more detailed stuff like the game specific plugins.
