One thing which is weird too, is that, when I restarted the console with the File deleted, and after completing the setup user, on the menu, there was the sudoku app (for the sudokuhax i guess when i did the guide), but I don't get why do i have the game on this console and why on a new user?
That Sudoku app is a DSiWare title. It wasn't deleted alongside the user profile's 1:/data/<ID0> folder because it's installed in the [2:] SYSNAND TWLN.

Deleting the movable.sed caused as partial factory reset.

Had you instead gone to the System Settings → Other Settings → Format System Memory, that would have permanently erased everything in the Nintendo 3DS folder, the DSiWare games & saves, and the user profile.

Previous 3DS users who did not know about this little but very important tidbit fact were not so fortunate in recovering their stuff.

How's it going on your end with restoring the ctrnand's data and private folders?

Oh okay that's why.
Never did a factory reset on this 3DS.

I'm backuping my Nintendo 3DS Folder just in case (9.5GB cause all my games are in this folder)

Go to [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND/data/<ID0>/sysdata/0001011/00000000 → press (X) to delete this file.
I don't have 0001011 but 00010011. And all those folders have 2 0 instead of 1 between de 1

Ok, I've done everything, I'm rebooting now.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Okay! Everything back on! Except the folders but this is normal bc they were created later.

My Nand backup already contains some games that i saved on the console ! So I almost lost anything.
Should I check the tickets?

Thank you so much by the way!

Nice.

Edit - Make sure to follow the good practice of backing up your saves + extdata with Checkpoint, JKSM, and/or GBAVCSM.
Should I check the tickets?
Missing tickets can be checked by going in System SettingsData ManagementNintendo 3DS | DSiWareSoftware / Downloadable Content / System Memory. If there are any with grayed out X's like this, you can try to first visit Nintendo eShop to restore missing legit tickets followed by running faketik to restore the fake ones.

Thank you so much by the way!

Mmmh, here is an issue.
The touchscreen in nds mode isn't working, but when I press home, I can click on cancel or go back to home menu :/

n3DS, n3DSXL, n2DSXL, and newer made o2DS don't have separate WiFi boards. Don't buy it, doesn't apply to you.

Restoring the SysNAND image won't fix hardware problems.

To test if the DS touchscreen problem is a software brick,
  1. Back up your current SysNAND *.bin image
  2. Restore the copy you made 2 years ago
  3. Check if the nonworking DS touchscreen still happens.
  4. If nothing changes, restore the sysnand with the image made from step 1.

Pretty weird..

The ds touchscreen was working 2 days ago. I don't think it's an hardware problem
