Homebrew 10.2 payloads come with 2.5!!!!!!!

I'm new with 3DS, so I don't know 10% of what everyone says here... BUTTT... I'm searching hehehe... CFW would be great, since I can run SNES/GBA emulators at fullspeed.... With that, can I install a game directly on the microSD card? I know that's pir.... anyway... U got what I mean....

CIA homebrew doesn't suddenly run faster. n3DS can already run those full speed in 3dsx format.

Dude, I have a N3DS with 10.1... mGBA runs at 48-55 fps on Mario Kart Super Circuit... and the sound are sync, so its very annoying... =(

gpSP is much faster then mGBA.

Why do you hope your wrong? 9.3+ homebrew is nice but extremely underwhelming.
