Upon trying to change my Download File folder location, it doesn't let me change it. I prefer to download everything straight to my external HDD, so I'd like to be able to do that... No room on my C drive.

I don't know about the WiiU but the app will work with it provided that you have a compatible card reader.

The database file is availabe on THAT iso site.

I cannot give you the file but I would recommend using that title key site instead of the archive.

Yes, saves aren't region locked as far as I am aware, have tried mismatching the regions on a few games and saves worked perfectly

Yes there is, use ftpiiu_everywhere to do instead, the save files are under storage_type1/usr/saves/
