3DS/Wii U eShop is closing - Is this the end of WiiU USB Helper?

Hi. I've heard that 3DS/Wii U eShop is closing. So, that means Nintendo is also shutting down the CDN of 3DS/Wii U, right?

If my understanding is correct, software like WiiU USB Helper is downloading roms from CDN of nintendo.(Or is it?)
Does that mean WiiU USB Helper is gonna be useless someday sooner or later?

Will there be alternative cdn hosted by someone else, not by nintendo? Or is it already there somewhere?

I'm so sorry for my crappy English and poor understanding of modding scene.

The internet is already full with all the roms. Do it like me. Buy a big hdd, download all the games as long as it is open and store it/keep it. I'm almost done with their stuff
