You should download the lastest fasthax.3dsx and lastest fbi release. This version is already outdated.

Launch homebrew, fasthax first, then run fbi.

I'd recommend you set yourself up with a custom firmware so you can install any cia, regardless if it's legit or not. If you're worried about bricking, as long as you can read, you'll be fine. The chances of brick have become extremely slim nowadays. Just make sure to follow this guide, and do not use a video. 3ds.guide

There are no arm11 exploits on 11.3 yet, and 1 rumored to be worked on. News will explode when it's finally released, but until then, you wont be able to install cias or downgrade on 11.3. It will probably be released when a new arm9 exploit is released, though none are rumored to exist.

Well its not my 3DS ;( mine is on 11.3 i borrow the 3ds to install him some legit cias so do i can use it on 11.0.0-33E? If not is there a way to install only the version 11.2?

What? The OP only seems to mention fasthax, which is what FBI is compiled with.

if your not on 11.3, you can install cfw and install any cia, legit or not, without a flashcard
