Hold it! Here is a working solution: change fceumm to nestopia in "nes" file (/bin/nes) and use the command line --retroarch.

je vais passer pour un con mais ten pi : je ne trouve pas le "nes" ! c'est un fichier caché ? dans bin il n'y a pas de nes ...

Hi, Everyone. I was wondering if any of you could solve my problems.

1) Since @Cluster released 2.11, I could only install about almost 200 NES roms because of "you're uploading too many roms" issue.
After 2.12 came out, the problem just remained. I tried to start all over again from the scratch (flash original kernel with earlier hakchi version but still keeping my "games" folder when reinstalling 2.12) but the issue is still not solved. I even ticked only about 5 NES roms, 5 GB/GBC, and 1 SNES, GBA, N64 respectively, but the prompt kept telling me that it's "too many ROMs". I started to think, could it be because I was using a low-spec notebook with standard capabilities (Asus Eepc with Windows 7), and my RAM could not keep up with the process (uploading kernels, etc)? If not, so what's the cause exactly?
Additional info: The issue stopped when I ONLY selected 1 rom each for Genesis, SNES & N64. Surely, a NES Mini without any NES games is not the thing that I exactly wanted.

2) If I want to install @pcm720's GBA & N64 mods because they are more playable than cluster's, should I just add those mods and install them from user_mods, because I don't see a way to separate cluster's GBA & N64 mods since they are merged in his retroarch mod.

Thanks in advance.
the uploading too many roms message is NOT an error. Just keep following the directions.

Just search in google images n64 PNG and you will find some you can use. The files have to be in png format or they won't show up.

yeah I found a few but the background is sorta pixelated..and I think the images have to be a certain size right?
As far as the games goes..is there a list of working SNES games and N64 games? I have both on my console but kind of silly keeping them all if some of them dont even work

I don't have 64 games. But I do have like 19 or so snes games. Idk if there is a list. I did try to put mario kart 64 on and I add it to games and it shows it in there then I sync and it won't show up ever so I gave up on 64. It's my only issue.

I added those games but didnt bother to check if it even shows up in the folder..maybe I should test that out first..I found a few images, does it have to be a certain size found one that is 256x256 and the size is 146K

For me it didn't matter Size. But try and get smaller ones if you can.

It would only be for one game, how would i do that with your setup ?
Get the files you need here: http://www.filedropper.com/sgfx

move sgfx to "\bin" folder (inside my mod folder on user_mods you allready downloaded)
move mednafen_supergrafx_libretro to "etc\libretro\core" folder (inside my mod folder on user_mods you allready downloaded)
Reflash again my mod, after the new files were moved in.

On Hakchi add the game Daimakai Mura. In the command line arguments you'll get something like this: "/bin/pce /usr/share/games/nes/kachikachi/CLV-E-RFEZC/Daimakai_Mura__Japan_.pce"
Change /bin/pce to /bin/sgfx
It must look like this: /bin/sgfx /usr/share/games/nes/kachikachi/CLV-E-RFEZC/Daimakai_Mura__Japan_.pce (don't copy this line, game folder and game name can be different)

Done, flash the game(s) and play :)

Sorry, I can't send PMs yet.

The games I try to use are Nazo no Murasamejou and Esper Dream
If I use use_nestopia.hmod, I can't start any of my games not supported by the default emulator (like Arkanoid II, Crisis Force or Batman Return of the Joker), all of these run good with FCEUmm.

I tried loading the games using the Retroarch App and with FCEUmm they start without problems, but not with Nestopia and that happens for all the games (for example, I tried Yoshi, it runs good with the default emulator and with FCEUmm but it does't start with Nestopia.

I tried with games of other consoles like Killer Instinct from SNES and I didn't have any problem, the only thing that doesn't work is Nestopia (it didn't work with the first hmod of ClusterM either).

That's interesting. I'll have to hook up UART and look at the logs.

The games are:

CLV-D-VDBZT
CLV-D-NXMHM

I meant their real names and ROMs extensions

I didn't change anything. Just copied image. Pasted it on desktop. Moved it into hackchi images folder then added it when I went to the folder structure.
Yeah I changed the size to 204x204 in photoshop but not sure how to change the size of the image is that possible or no

Yay! I installed for the first time hakchi2 and retroarch (I was waiting for something stable, with folder control and all games bootables), and all the games and the saves work as expected. Thank you so much @Cluster and @pcm720!

Only thing that didn't work as intended: I put pixel-arts for the demo mode as described here: https://www.reddit.com/r/nesclassicmods/comments/5r6iss/screen_saver_pixelart_update_v2/ (with the right folder, right name, right format), but they don't show up. Tant pis, c'est la vie!

I been having trouble syncing marvel vs capcom too, I had them in same folder didnt work i thought maybe cause its over 30 mb together so I made sub folder for avsp still didn't work, Should I try marvel vs capcom solo? I know i installed it right to hakchi, I got right command line, I compressed it to 7zip so it can add the marvel vs capcom zip cause has multiple files inside
