Sorry about that. I can confirm on some Windows 10 machines this does indeed get identified as a virus.could someone host a mirror?

Yes there are different limits for each skill whether it is the first or second skill.in mhgen there is not difference of skill level if is in the first skill or the second skill? there is the skill limit txt in english?

I have the same question too. Went to mhg forums and read what people claim to be legit charm and tried to copy it in the system and yet the "skill limit" prompt. Tried changing the grade all the way and it still prompt "skill limit"
so i can "create" only legal talisman is right? for example i just tryed to make a evade dist 6 handicraft 5 3 slot...and i switched the rarity to 5(queen talisman) and the program says that is right.but even if it was rarity 6 and rarity 7 the program says is correct..so wich one i have to select? sorry bad englishYes there are different limits for each skill whether it is the first or second skill.
For example, only the second skill can have negative values.
Also, some skills can only appear in the second skill at high talisman grades, such as handicraft.
The skill level .TXT file is really for the program's use, but I might work on a new feature that displays the skill limits in the GUI.

ok thanks..if i have to create or modify a talisman i just want it to be inside the legal limit of the skill..and not create thing like +32 +32 11 slot..like i see in 4uSo you created the following:
Rare 5 Slot 3 Evade dist 6 Handicraft 5
Rare 6 Slot 3 Evade dist 6 Handicraft 5
Rare 7 Slot 3 Evade dist 6 Handicraft 5
The answer? They are all legal. The reason being that the skill limits for rarities 5-7 are the same; they differ in the probability of having higher number of slots, as well as potentially higher levels for the skills, but fundamentally they have the same absolute limits.
But again these skill limits in this program are incomplete and do contain errors, so it doesn't mean that your talisman absolutely is legal. You can always save it and test it in-game; as I said before the program will save whatever talisman you create ignoring any errors.
I can't seem to create a new talisman from the system. Editing what talisman from game I have works but if I create a new talisman from scratch and load the game I cant find it in my box. I even tried copying a legit talisman which I get from the game itself and still no show. Did I do something wrong?
