Woops. Sorry for not reading. I only went by the commit page by Alex and it said "Remade the chainloader to only try to load the right payload for the presse..." not bothering to read the rest. My mistake and I was properly grilled for it.

found the problem because i cannot run NTR 3.4 or others versions with Luma3ds 5.3.1,i put all file in the right place(ntr.bin,firmware.bin..)but never changes,so i go into Luma3ds start menu(select)and unchecked some voices and found the guilty: "sysNAND is updated(a9lh-only)" uncheked that and my NTR cfw run like a charm(in emunand,not tested in sysnand still)at this point i can know that sysnand option was for?i'm ignorant i know,tnx

This is one of the reasons I said 'read the wiki', darn it. lol It's OK to not know everything if you're new to using this, but read the wiki and you'll know what everything does. I suppose if nothing else we have a new question to ask people when someone else comes in here saying NTR won't work.

I still use my gateway 3ds alongside luma3ds. Even with the new fix both now work fine. Just won't have to worry about downgrading to 4.x firmware anymore.

And now I wanna have the EUR Zygarde event on it. So if I use the REigon Emulation, and emulate it to EUR Region, will the server detect that I am running an out of region game and ban me?

And yes, I can't get Legit EUR/USA Pokemon Yellow CIA to work on any of the my NANDs, Updated EUR SysNand or USA TESTmuNand. It just gets stuck on the infinite 'Nintendo 3DS' Screen.

O3DS, a9lh, 10.7 SysNAND, 9.2 EmuNAND.

5.3.1 and 5.4 refuse to boot the EmuNAND. 5.2 works.

This machine was once downgraded by the Gateway launcher in the past, and that SysNAND became the current EmuNAND which doesn't work, so it is possible that this is that problem. You say that "all the leftovers seem to be deleted after an update" but the 9.2 was only ever updated from 4.x to 9.2 using sysupdater, it was never updated in any other way.

I think you need to go to the eshop and repair the software.

If you can't access Eshop try and decrypt the cia with decrypt9 and then install

Nothing major, but has the splash screen been modified in 5.4? I'm just noticing that it is showing up quite a bit faster than usual. Not that it is an issue, but just though I would mention it!

lolz, so many wasted hours, i messed up my sysnand with messing around in godmode9, to get my DSi flashcard working with Luma3ds, wiped something i better had not, 3ds didn't boot anymore, placed a9lh sysnand backup i made last week back, forgot to pick the correct option in Decrypt9, a9lh gone and no boot, damned, had to put a sysnand 9.2 backup back and redo everything to get Luma3DS back working.
Anyway, the Luma3DS FAQ is a nice reminder for things we forgot, it's a must read for everyone, new or not!
